Help!!!

I need advice. I am about 15-20 pounds overweight, not a ton but the scale keeps creeping up and my self esteem keeps creeping down. I am terrifyed of gaining anymore weight. I have lost 20 pounds three time in the last 10 years. So I know I can. My weight problem and tendency to overeat is nothing new. My problem and the advice I need is how do I start a diet or new way of eating. How do I get motivated to fit back into my pants. I want to. I have been trying to be on good eating behavior since July. I need help and advice on what to and how to do it. How to start. Please give me ideas of what worked for you. What you do day in or day out. I need  support and guidance so please write. Thank you in advance and good luck.

Exercise???

I currently do zero, when it comes to exercising. I was wondering what you do? How many days a week and for how long? And have you seen any results from doing this?

How you are losing weight???

I am just wondering how or what everyone is doing to lose weight. I need to lose 15 - 20 pounds, I normally follow the weight watcher plan but I wanted to see what other suggestions, you girls or guys have?thanks…

New and ready to lose

So I have been following the WW diet for about a month. I had lost 5 pounds. Then I had a bach. party last Saturday and on Sunday night I had gain 4 pounds. So far this week I have taken off 2 of the four. I hope to lose another 5 pounds by the end of August but I have a demostration party tomorrow and a birthday party for a friend all on the same night…. This really sucks. I hope I can do this. I am really nervous. any suggestions.
